Isbell Development is a locally owned company in north Alabama — just north of Huntsville in Madison County. The owner grew up in Gurley, Alabama, and local farmers know him well enough to trust him with their land. He buys land, some from farmers he's known for years, and holds it in his company name. Every parcel listed on this site is land he personally owns. Some is held and sold whole; other land is developed into communities over time.

He is not a broker, and he is not an out-of-state investment group flipping listings sight-unseen. When you call, you are talking to the owner. When you ride the land, he is riding it with you.

He keeps the list small on purpose — only a few parcels at a time, all in one area he knows by heart. When one sells, he may bring another piece to market. If something here is the right fit for you, he would love to hear from you.
