New Market Land Co. is a locally owned company in New Market, Alabama — just north of Huntsville in Madison County. The owner grew up in the area, and local farmers know him well enough to trust him with their land. He buys parcels from those farmers and holds them in his company name. Every parcel listed on this site is land he personally owns.

He is not a broker, and he is not an out-of-state investment group flipping listings sight-unseen. When you call, you are talking to the owner. When you walk the land, he is walking it with you.
